Position: Production Manager (Plastics)

Location: Vapi

Experience: 10 - 12 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:
Ensure that the organisation complies with contractual obligations as well as local and national regulations
Should have handled Large size of injection moulded machines
Develop profitable purchasing strategies
He will be responsible for Maintaining Plant efficiency levels in terms of Productivity, quality levels and customer compliance
Communication with relevant personnel of customers, arranging dispatches
Assess supplier profiles and analyze offers and present them to top management
Prepare and implement effective negotiation tactics
He is expected to manage overall operation of the plant which includes Management of overall production, Management / Arrangement of labour / work force
Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance with terms of contract
Analyze and resolve purchasing issues/discrepancies
Research a variety of sources, documents, etc. to ensure the adequacy of specification in terms of clarity, precision, and related criteria




Monitoring production processes on the shop floor and managing team of production engineers
Manage staff and workers of the factory
Liaison with local government entities to ensure all plant compliances are up-to-date
Be responsible and oversee all teams - production, stores, packing, dispatches.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory
Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control
Sound knowledge of industry-specific plastic machinery
Commercially robust
Well - aware of factory and labour compliances

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/CIPET Salary :- Upto 12.00 LPA
