About the Role
We are looking for ITI freshers who are willing to build their career in the Production & Manufacturing Department. The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training and will be responsible for assisting in production operations, machine handling, quality checks, and maintaining production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day production activities as per production plans.
Operate and monitor production machines after proper training.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely.
Perform basic machine operation and routine checks.
Monitor production output and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
Eligibility
ITI qualification from a recognized institute.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
ITI trades such as Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Machinist, Mechanical, Welder, or related trades can be considered.
Basic understanding of machines and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
Candidates should be physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing workplace.
Positive learning attitude and willingness to work in shifts.
Salary ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Salary may vary depending on qualification, trade, skills and interview performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
