Knowledge of NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/BANCS/PFMS/SFMS and other payment channels, additional knowledge of UNIX/SQL,

2+ years of experience in application production
support.
Solid knowledge of banking applications, internet,
and mobile banking platforms.
Proficiency in programming languages (Java,
Python, etc.) will be added advantage .
Experience with database management systems
(Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
Understanding of IT service management
frameworks (ITIL).
