Key Responsibilities: Manage key client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery Lead, train, and mentor junior operations team members Build and optimize operational processes across fulfillment, inventory, and last-mile delivery Maintain SOPs, documentation, and performance reports Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve internal tools and operational efficiency What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of experience in Brands, E-commerce,
