Field Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
Generate current B2B clients through field visits and market outreach.
Handle complete client onboarding and relationship management.
Meet potential clients, explain products/services, and close sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits and follow up with leads.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and current clients.
Submit daily/weekly sales and field visit reports.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in field sales/B2B sales preferred.
Experience in skin, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness products preferred.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with extensive field work and travelling.
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
Candidates with relevant industry experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
