Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and agile Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and development to foster a positive work environment.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and supply chain to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Analyze market trends and adapt business strategies accordingly.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.




Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., in Hospitality related to Health & Safety etc) are a plus.
