Retail Leasing Manager

Role Overview

Responsible for leasing high-street retail spaces and malls by acquiring retail brands, managing landlord relationships, negotiating deals, and driving closures.

Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with national & international retail brands.
Identify retailer expansion requirements and suitable properties.
Generate leasing mandates and maintain a strong deal pipeline.
Conduct site visits and present suitable retail options.
Negotiate commercial terms and close leasing transactions.
Coordinate LOI, documentation, legal process, and handover.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and landlords.
Track market trends, rentals, vacancies, and upcoming developments.
Maintain CRM, MIS,



and leasing pipeline reports.

Candidate Profile
5–10 years of experience in Retail Leasing / Commercial Real Estate / Retail Expansion.
Solid experience in High Street & Mall Leasing.
Valuable network with national retail brands.
Solid negotiation, communication, networking, and commercial skills.
Good knowledge of Pune retail markets and catchment areas.
Graduate; MBA/Real Estate qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
