We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our team in Ladakh. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of cooking experience and a passion for preparing delicious meals. The position is full time and requires working from our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
Meal Preparation: Cook and prepare a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences, ensuring quality and taste.
Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen area clean and organized by following hygiene and safety standards, which helps provide a safe working environment.
Food Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the stock of food ingredients, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste for cost efficiency.
Menu Planning: Assist in planning menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs, promoting creativity in meal options.
Equipment Handling: Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all tools are maintained in good working condition for optimal performance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have at least a 12th-grade education and should be male.



A minimum of one year of experience as a cook is essential. Strong cooking skills, knowledge of food safety regulations, and an ability to work in a rapid-paced environment are important.
