Job Overview:
We are looking for a Career Counsellor / Sales Executive to guide students or customers regarding suitable courses and career opportunities while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students/customers and understand their career requirements.
Explain courses, programs, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Convert leads into admissions/enrolments.
Maintain customer information and follow-up records.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and sales skills.
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
Prior experience in counselling, education sales, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
