Designation: Senior Associate Domain: Transfer Pricing / International Taxation Location: Wanowarie, Pune (Work from office) Qualification: ACCA/ B.Com/ M.Com/ Semi-CA/ MBA-Finance Experience: 1+ Year of experience in TP & International taxation. Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transfer Pricing associate to support the transfer pricing team in delivering advisory, compliance, and documentation services.

This role is ideal for candidates who are MBA (Finance), ACCA or graduates with a robust interest in Transfer Pricing and International Taxation.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation (Local File and Master File) in line with Indian TP regulations and OECD guidelines.




Support in benchmarking studies using various databases.
Help with Form 3CEB preparation, data gathering & Advisory.
Support in TP audit support and preparing submissions for notices and assessments/Litigations.

Competencies
Knowledge of Income Tax Act, Indian TP Rules, OECD Guidelines preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; familiarity with databases like Capitaline & Prowess is a plus.
Robust analytical and quantitative skills. Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a team-oriented setting.
