Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead SAP PM business process analysis and requirements gathering with business stakeholders.
Conduct AS-IS process discovery and document current-state findings for SAP PM.
Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and validate understanding with stakeholders.
Support blueprint activities for SAP PM solution design and alignment.
Manage client interactions to ensure timely communication, clarity, and delivery alignment.

Skills Required:
9 - 16 years of relevant experience in SAP PM and business process analysis
Solid experience as an SAP PM Functional Consultant
Hands-on experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering




Robust Stakeholder Management and Client Management skills
Experience conducting AS-IS process analysis and documentation
Experience in SAP PM business process mapping and solution design
Experience facilitating business workshops and stakeholder discussions
Strong understanding of SAP PM processes
Experience supporting blueprint and implementation activities
Excellent communication and coordination skills

Valuable to Have:
Experience in Preventive Maintenance
Knowledge of Maintenance Planning and Work Scheduling
Experience with SAP S/4HANA
Experience in end-to-end SAP PM implementation projects

Education : Relevant degree (or equivalent experience)
