As a Global Sourcing Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Supplier Selection: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers globally to ensure the best quality and pricing for materials and services.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions, ensuring the best value for the company.
Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and address any issues that may arise.
Market Research: Analyze global market trends and sourcing opportunities to keep the company competitive and innovative in its offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams, including production, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure that sourcing aligns with overall business strategies.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess supplier performance, track spending patterns, and identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role,



you should have 8 to 14 years of experience in global sourcing or procurement management, preferably in a relevant industry. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required. Solid negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities are essential. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will also be significant in this role, making you a vital part of the organization’s success.
