Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer (5+ years) with strong expertise in high-speed digital and RF system design. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and validation of complex electronic systems involving high-speed interfaces, embedded platforms, and RF subsystems.

You will play a critical role in architecting robust, high-performance hardware solutions and ensuring signal integrity, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
High-Speed Digital Design & Architecture: Design and develop high-speed digital systems including DDR, Gigabit Ethernet, USB, PCIe, and SerDes-based links. Perform signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis.
Schematic & PCB Design: Develop complex multi-layer PCBs (8+ layers) with controlled impedance and high-speed routing.
RF & Mixed-Signal Integration: Design and integrate RF front-end circuits.




Simulation & Analysis: Perform SI/PI simulations and timing analysis.
Testing & Validation: Lead hardware bring-up and debugging using lab equipment.
System Integration: Work on processor/FPGA-based systems.
Compliance & Reliability: Ensure EMI/EMC compliance.
Documentation & Reviews: Create documentation and mentor junior engineers.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams.

Required skill set and qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in hardware design with high-speed digital focus.
Technical Skills:
High-speed interfaces (DDR, USB, PCIe, Ethernet)
SI/PI concepts
Multi-layer PCB design
FPGA/SoC experience
RF fundamentals
OrCAD/Allegro tools
Communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN)
Lab equipment usage
EMI/EMC practices
Analytical Skills: Solid debugging and problem-solving.
Leadership: Ability to mentor and lead designs.
