We are seeking a proactive BIM qualified with moderate to solid communication skills who can support the Team Lead and guide trainees. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who can handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities
Develop coordinated BIM models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP services using point cloud data and design drawings.
Create BIM models at required Levels of Detail (LOD).
Prepare construction/shop drawings and schedules as per client needs, under senior guidance.
Develop As-Built BIM models using site surveys, point clouds, and marked-up drawings.
Perform clash detection and prepare clash reports.
Work with modelers and detailers as part of a team.
Assist the Team Lead in project and coordination tasks.
Support team activities and maintain strong communication.
Work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality.
Be versatile to work in different shifts when required.

Skills and Requirements
BTech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
