NOTE - CNC VMC MAHINE SHOP QUALITY EXPERIENCE - We are looking for a dedicated Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Chakan Pune. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in quality engineering and a strong educational background in engineering. This full time position requires a male candidate who will work from the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Planning: Develop and implement quality assurance plans to ensure product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Process Improvement: Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and work on solutions to increase efficiency and quality.
Testing and Validation: Design and conduct thorough testing procedures for products, ensuring they meet predefined specifications and function properly.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret quality data, preparing reports to communicate findings and recommend actions to enhance quality.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain,



to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in quality engineering, with hands-on experience in quality control processes, tools, and methodologies. They must possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with various teams. A proactive and problem-solving mindset is expected to drive improvements and maintain high-quality standards. A graduate degree in engineering is required for this role.
