We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with 7 to 12 years of expertise to join our team in Odisha, India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and engineering systems (PLC,SCADA,HMI), ready to drive our growth and support our clients effectively.

Key responsibilities include:
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. This involves regular meetings, product demonstrations, and providing ongoing support.
Technical Presentations: Deliver clear and engaging presentations on products and services to clients, explaining technical features and advantages to assist in their decision-making process.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that increase market share while achieving individual sales targets. This requires analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
Project Management: Oversee the execution of projects from sale to delivery, ensuring all client requirements are met and that projects are completed on time.
Training and Support:



Provide training to clients on product usage and technical support, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our offerings effectively.

Required skills and expectations include:
Diploma/BE/ (Electrical,Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation)/.BS/ or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to sale process instrumentation & Automation system.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ensuring effective resolution of client challenges.
A proven track record in sales within the engineering sector is essential.
A team-oriented mindset with a robust drive to achieve results and exceed targets.
