We are looking for a skilled BPO Telecaller to join our team in Mathura. This role is suitable for female candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience and a minimum education of 12th pass.

As a BPO Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers over the phone. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers professionally via phone calls, addressing their queries and concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead Generation: Identify potential sales leads through conversations, collecting necessary information to assist the sales team in converting leads into customers.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases with relevant information to ensure effective follow-ups and reporting.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information and promote features effectively during calls.




Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a unified approach to customer care and improve overall service quality.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have robust verbal communication skills and be comfortable speaking with various customers. The ability to listen and respond to customer needs is crucial. A positive attitude and perseverance in handling call volume will contribute to success in this role. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are an advantage.
