We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Agent in Mumbai with 2 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will help clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing exceptional customer service and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. This involves discussing budgets, property types, and preferred locations.
Property Listings: Create detailed property listings that highlight features and perks. This includes taking quality photos and writing compelling descriptions to attract potential buyers or renters.
Market Research: Stay updated on local market trends and pricing to provide clients with accurate information. Research comparable properties and analyze regional market data to advise clients effectively.
Property Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings for interested clients. Showcase properties, answer questions, and highlight key selling points.
Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiating purchase or lease agreements. Ensure that all terms are fair and beneficial for the client while also keeping in mind market conditions.




Paperwork Management: Handle the paperwork involved in real estate transactions, ensuring all documents are accurate and submitted on time. This includes contracts, offers, and disclosures.
