Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end editing of high-volume social, paid, and branded video content—from raw footage to platform-optimized exports.
Apply pacing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to align with brand tone, campaign goals, and platform best practices.
Collaborate with Creative Directors and Copywriters to storyboard and refine visual narratives that drive engagement and CTR.
Optimize videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn—ensuring vertical, aspect-ratio, and duration compliance.
Manage asset libraries, version control, and delivery pipelines to meet tight deadlines across multiple concurrent campaigns.




Mentor junior editors and enforce brand consistency, editing standards, and creative workflow efficiencies.
