About the Role

Lead the Analytics & Business Strategy function to drive data-backed decision-making, business performance, and strategic initiatives across the organization. Partner with senior leadership to solve complex business problems, influence key decisions, and build a high-performing analytics team.

Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic initiatives to improve growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Build executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, forecasts, and business reviews.
Generate actionable insights through deep analysis of business, customer, and operational data.
Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition to execution.
Standardize reporting, governance, and performance management frameworks.
Champion automation and AI-driven analytics to improve business productivity.

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5–6 Business Analysts.
Set priorities, review deliverables, and ensure high-quality execution.
Build analytical capabilities, best practices, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.




Partner with business stakeholders to align analytics priorities with business goals.

What We're Looking For
7–10 years of experience in Business Strategy, Analytics, Consulting, Business Excellence, or Revenue Strategy.
2+ years of experience leading analytics or business intelligence teams.
Robust business acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions through data.
Expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Background
Strategy Consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney, Deloitte, EY-Parthenon)
High-growth startups or technology companies
Corporate Strategy, CEO's Office, Business Excellence, or Revenue Operations
