Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle bulk and niche hiring for corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and support positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical and management interview rounds.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates to improve interview turnout and joining ratio.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates with selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and daily hiring updates.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
Conduct reference/background verification and support the onboarding process.

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and manufacturing positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
