Key Responsibilities:
Perform machine setup, startup, and changeover activities for hot-forming operations.
Ensure machines are correctly configured as per product and process requirements.
Monitor and maintain production yield, minimizing rejection and material wastage.
Handle tooling, mould, machine parameter adjustments, and changeover activities.
Troubleshoot basic machine/process issues during production.
Ensure production is carried out as per SOP, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Maintain production records, setup parameters, and changeover documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
Ensure 5S, housekeeping, and safety practices within the production area.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in vial and syringe hot-forming operations will be highly preferred.
Candidates with experience in machine setup, yield improvement, and changeover activities in manufacturing settings can also be considered.
