Overall management of the Finance & Accounts Department.
Supervise accounting, billing, receivables, payables, cash and bank transactions.
Prepare and review monthly MIS, P&L;, balance sheet and financial reports.
Monitor hospital revenue, expenses, budgets and cost control.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance.
Manage vendor payments, consultant payments, salary processing and financial settlements.
Monitor patient billing, corporate/TPA/insurance receivables and collection follow-up.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, vendors and statutory authorities.
Ensure proper reconciliation of bank, cash, vendor, patient and corporate accounts.
Establish solid internal financial controls and prevent accounting errors/fraud.
Lead and guide the Accounts team and allocate work effectively.
Support management in budgeting, financial planning and business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs and applicable accounting standards.
Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
