Key Responsibilities:

∙Define and implement QA strategy across projects.

∙Lead a team of QA engineers and coordinate with global delivery teams.

∙Oversee test planning, execution, automation, and reporting.

∙Ensure compliance with client-specific standards, including ISO/CMMI.

∙Engage in client discussions, audits, and reviews.

∙Mentor junior testers and support process improvements.

Technical Skills:

∙Robust background in enterprise-level QA across manual and automation.

∙Must have experience in client communication and should have solid Communication Skills.

∙Deep understanding of test strategies, planning, and execution.

∙Must have experience into payment system experience.

∙Expertise in test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

∙Experience with performance and security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, OWASP ZAP).

∙Leadership skills and experience in client-facing roles.

∙Should be able to work as an independent performer.

Technical Skills [MUST HAVE]: Solid command on English, Automation Testing, Payment
