THE ROLE
We are looking for someone who can grow online revenue profitably across our website and marketplaces.
The candidate must understand:
Sales → Advertising Spend → Revenue → ROAS → CAC → Conversion → Gross Margin → ROI
You should be able to look at the numbers, identify what is working, identify what is wasting money and take corrective action.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. E-commerce Revenue Growth
Manage and grow sales across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra and other relevant marketplaces.
Achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.
Analyse product-wise, channel-wise and campaign-wise performance.
Identify prospects to increase Average Order Value and repeat purchases.
Develop strategies for best-selling, slow-moving and current products.
ROI & Profitability Management
ROI will be a critical responsibility of this position.
Monitor ROAS, ROI, CAC, ACOS, CPC, CTR and Conversion Rate.
Analyse advertising spend against actual sales and contribution.
Identify campaigns/products where money is being spent without sufficient return.




Recommend where to increase, reduce or stop advertising spend.
Calculate profitability at product/channel level wherever data is available.
Work with the marketing team to ensure advertising budgets generate measurable business results.
Amazon & Marketplace Management- flipkart - Myntra
Manage Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace dashboards.
Optimise product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images and A+ content.
Monitor Buy Box, rankings, reviews, ratings and account health.
Manage coupons, deals, promotions and marketplace campaigns.
Resolve listing, catalogue, pricing and account-related issues.
Monitor marketplace penalties, returns and cancellations.
Performance Marketing Coordination
Work closely with the digital marketing team and evaluate:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
Amazon Ads
Marketplace advertising
Retargeting campaigns
