We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead PCB Design & Development with strong expertise in PCBA Design, ECAD Model Creation, and Siemens Xpedition EDM to lead engineering teams and deliver high-quality PCB/ECAD solutions.

Key Skills
12+ years of experience in PCBA Design and ECAD Model Creation
6+ years in Team Lead / Engineering Manager roles
Hands-on expertise in Siemens Xpedition EDM
Solid experience in PCB Design, Library Management, and ECAD Data Management
Experience managing and mentoring PCB Designers and ECAD Library Engineers
Robust client coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with global customers and cross-functional engineering teams
Solid understanding of PCB design standards,



quality processes, and engineering governance
Experience in Oil & Gas Upstream industry is highly desirable
Project management and resource planning experience is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage PCB Design and ECAD engineering teams.
Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of PCB designs and ECAD libraries.
Drive process improvements and engineering workflow optimization.
Collaborate with global customers and cross-functional teams.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support for complex design challenges.
Manage project planning, resource allocation, schedules, and delivery commitments.
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
