Key Responsibilities
Instruction: Planning and delivering engaging lessons, preparing lesson plans, and utilizing various teaching methodologies.
Assessment: Evaluating student progress through various methods, including assignments, tests, and projects.
Classroom Management: Creating and maintaining a positive learning workplace, managing student behavior, and ensuring classroom discipline.
Collaboration: Working with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student learning and development.
Career development: Staying up-to-date on current educational practices and trends, attending workshops, and pursuing further qualifications.
