About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Qualified to manage business reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and performance tracking. The candidate will be responsible for transforming raw business data into meaningful insights that support management decision-making and improve overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to prepare accurate MIS reports*.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
Track KPIs, business performance, trends, and operational metrics*.
Develop and maintain dashboards for management and department-level reporting.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reports.




Generate actionable insights to support management decision-making.
Work closely with different departments to collect and validate required data.
Automate recurring reports and improve existing MIS processes.
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Maintain proper documentation of reports, databases, and reporting processes.
Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience* in MIS, Reporting, Business Analytics, or a related role.
Master’s degree* in IT, Statistics, Commerce, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Solid proficiency in MS Excel*, including:
Advanced formulas
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Conditional formatting
Data validation
Charts and dashboards
Working knowledge of SQL* and database management.
Experience with Power BI /
