Department: Training & Placement Cell

Location: IMM, Delhi

Reports To: Executive President /Registrar/Dean IMM.

The Training & Placement Executive will be responsible for coordinating student training programs, building strong corporate relationships, organizing campus recruitment drives, and ensuring maximum placement prospects for students.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain relationships with companies for internships and final placements.
Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement activities.
Organize soft skills, aptitude, group discussion, and interview preparation sessions for students.
Build and expand the corporate network to increase placement opportunities.
Maintain databases of recruiters, students, and placement records.
Coordinate with academic departments regarding student eligibility and placement readiness.
Invite current companies for campus recruitment and strengthen existing corporate partnerships.
Prepare placement reports, MIS, and other documentation.
Guide students in resume preparation, interview skills, and career development.
Organize industrial visits,



guest lectures, and corporate interaction sessions.
Ensure effective communication between recruiters, students, and faculty.

Required Qualifications
MBA/PGDM (HR, Marketing, or a related discipline) or a Graduate with relevant experience.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, Campus Recruitment, or HR Recruitment, preferably in a higher education institution.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust corporate networking and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve placement targets.

Preferred Profile
Strong network with HR professionals, recruiters, and corporate organizations.
Proven track record of successfully organizing campus placements and increasing student placements.
