Qualification : Graduate (Technical Background)

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support team members in daily operations.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members.
Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive team setting.
Resolve conflicts and address any performance issues.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
Communicate with Team in the US/India.

Note: The person must have atleast 4 years of experience handling the team. The person should know how to handle the team politely. Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
