Candidates with prior experience in International or Domestic voice process.
Candidates with outbound calls experience in Health care insurance industry for international client would be added advantage.
Compute complex information with valuable analytical skills.
Ability in problem solving, positive listening and reasoning.
Excellent English verbal and written skills.
Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry.
