Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full time, in office role based in Saharanpur. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that promote hospital services and strengthen the hospital’s presence in the community.
Key Responsibilities:




Develop and execute digital and offline marketing strategies for the hospital.
Plan and manage hospital marketing campaigns, promotions, events and outreach activities.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with RMPs, consultants, clinics and referral networks.
Manage and coordinate the on-ground PRO/marketing team, including targets, daily activities and performance.
Collaborate with doctors and hospital departments to develop specialty-focused campaigns.
Manage social media, Google presence, digital campaigns and other online marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with external agencies/vendors for creative, advertising and promotional activities.
Track campaign performance, lead generation, conversions, referral volumes and ROI.
Prepare regular marketing reports and use data to improve campaign performance.
Identify recent opportunities for increasing OPD, IPD, surgeries and specialty-wise patient footfall.
