Job Summary

Road Cargo Movers is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 2 3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, billing entries, and data entry. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of basic accounting processes and be comfortable working with financial records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and financial data entry.
Prepare and maintain billing entries and invoices.
Enter and update accounting and transaction-related data accurately.
Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
Verify billing details and ensure accuracy of entries.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable-related activities.




Maintain daily transaction records and update accounting systems.
Reconcile basic accounting records and identify discrepancies.
Prepare basic reports and statements as required.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing and payment-related information.
Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and data-entry activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Positive knowledge of billing and accounting entries.
Valuable data-entry and documentation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of Tally / accounting software will be preferred.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
Good communication and organizational skills.
