We're expanding our HR team and are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to help us build exceptional teams for our growing Influencer Marketing Agency.

Location: Recent Delhi
Experience: 1–2 Years
Work Mode: 5 Days Working

What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end recruitment across business functions.
Source and attract quality talent through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
Manage offer rollouts, pre-boarding, onboarding, and new hire documentation.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, HR records, and hiring reports.
Support employee engagement activities and day-to-day HR operations.
Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining employee records.

Who Should Apply?
1–2 years of HR experience with a strong recruitment background.
Prior hiring experience in an Influencer Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Media Agency is mandatory*.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-growth setting.
