Job Purpose

State Head – Suvidha LAP, direct plays a pivotal role in driving the acquisition and growth of the Home Loan/Suvidha portfolio by leveraging the bank’s existing customer base. This role is responsible for sourcing business through internal channels, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring superior customer experience. The position demands robust leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to compliance standards to meet business targets across assigned geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Business Acquisition
Generate Home Loan leads and drive disbursements through the bank’s customer base across branches.
Collaborate with branch banking, relationship managers, and internal teams to identify and convert potential customers.
Ensure productivity norms are met for lead conversion and disbursal.
Team Management & Training
Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers and Territory Managers.




Train and motivate team members and branch staff on product features, sales processes, and customer handling.
Relationship Management
Build robust relationships with branch heads and cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth lead generation and closures.
Act as the single point of contact for Home Loan requirements of existing customers in the area.
Process & Compliance
Ensure adherence to bank policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to expedite approvals and documentation.
Reporting & MIS
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly business performance.
Share market feedback and insights with senior management for strategic refinement.

Maintain solid knowledge of Home Loan/Suvidha products, lending norms, and documentation.
