Role -We're looking for ahighly organized Operations Specialistto partner closely with senior leadership and help run the business day to day. This in-office role combinesexecutive support,business operations, andoffsite managementin a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level support to senior leadership (calendar, meetings, travel)
Own day-to-day operational workflows that keep the company running efficiently
Track leadership priorities, KPIs, and action items
Support hiring operations and onboarding
Help maintain internal documentation, policies, and operating cadences
-Plan and execute leadership and company offsites end-to-end
Support ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as the business scales

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Specialist, or similar role in a startup or rapid-paced environment




Experience supporting senior executives in high-growth environments
Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
Strong organization, communication, and judgment
Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
Comfortable working in-office with leadership
