We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and development, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Conduct site visits to monitor and oversee clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company protocols.
Develop and maintain relationships with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders to ensure successful trial execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data management, biostatistics, and medical writing, to achieve study objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with clinical trials, developing contingency plans as needed.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of study progress and results,



including protocol deviations and adverse events.
Participate in the development of recent clinical trial protocols, investigator's brochures, and informed consent forms.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field (e.g., biology, pharmacy, medicine).
Proven experience in clinical research, preferably in a pharmaceutical company setting.
Solid knowledge of Positive Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations governing clinical trials.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CTMS (Clinical Trials Management System) software and other relevant tools.
