Roles and Responsibility
Manage and coordinate laundry services for seamless operations.
Ensure high-quality cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records of laundry washing, ironing, and delivery.
Provide support to the housekeeping team as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of laundry washing, ironing, and delivery procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
