Role Overview:

We are hiring energetic Field Sales Executives to generate leads, visit customers, and close sales across the assigned city/area.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits and identify new customers.
Promote products/services and explain advantages.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain daily sales reports and follow-ups.
Build solid relationships with customers and dealers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
Experience in field sales (solar/industrial sales preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Two-wheeler with valid license
Willingness to travel locally
