Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily last-mile delivery operations.
Coordinate and monitor delivery executives/riders.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
Track delivery, RTO, and undelivered shipment performance.
Monitor rider attendance, productivity, and daily targets.
Handle customer and delivery-related escalations.
Ensure proper shipment scanning and system updates.
Monitor operational KPIs and prepare daily MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Drive team performance and ensure smooth functioning of the delivery center.
