Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize quality control measures.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and progress towards goals.
Ensure all quality control activities comply with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry or biology.
Proven experience in quality assurance and control processes, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Robust knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Familiarity with quality management software and systems is an asset.
