Hospital experience is mandatory.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospital stores/inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store medical and non-medical supplies.
Issue materials to departments as per requisitions.
Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department.
Perform physical stock verification and inventory audits.
Track expiry dates and follow FEFO/FIFO practices.
Maintain inward and outward stock documentation.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for smooth material flow.
