Job Summary

CashLe Capitals is looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele-Callers to join our team. The role involves calling potential clients, scheduling meetings, following up on leads, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities
Call prospective clients from company-provided leads.
Schedule meetings for the sales/business team.
Follow up with clients regarding documentation and process updates.
Maintain call records and update Google Sheets/Excel.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams until case closure/disbursal.
Achieve daily and monthly calling & follow-up targets.

Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Solid convincing and follow-up skills.




Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Self-motivated with a professional attitude.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience in tele-calling/customer support is a plus.

Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Compensation

Performance-Based Earnings: ₹3,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on the number of successful meetings scheduled). There is no fixed salary.
