Job Description:

Job Summary: The Microsoft Purview Technical Architect/Subject matter expert will be responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Purview. This role involves developing architecture strategies, implementing security measures, ensuring security and compliance, act as an consultant and providing technical consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Design: Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Purview.
- Architecture Strategy: Develop and maintain architecture strategies and roadmaps for M365 services.
- Implementation and Management: Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Purview.
- Security and Compliance: Working knowledge on security and compliance baseline principles and best practice deployment of M365 solutions, implementing measures such as data loss prevention (DLP), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and conditional access policies.
- Technical Consultant: Experienced with technical consultancy,



client workshops and roadmap guidance to the client and stakeholders.
- User Management: understanding and knowledge on identity & access management solutions. Working knowledge Entra ID, AD & Directory sync services
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, configurations, and processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions with Purview

Certifications: Desirable certifications such as

- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals,
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate

Skills:

- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and security features.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview and other security tools.
- Strong architectural and design skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid communication and leadership skills.
