Teleperformance is hiring for Senior Content Developer / Senior Instructional Designer.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who has:
β Design, developed, and implemented learning materials and experiences that align with the organization's learning objectives
β Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions
β Select and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
β Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles
β Robust written communication skills and working knowledge of editorial requirements, grammar,
and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality
Qualification:
β Graduate in any discipline.
β 7+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field
β Proficiency in instructional design software and tools
β Experience with a variety of learning technologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and mobile learning
β Experience with needs assessments, learning evaluation, and continuous improvement processes
β Tools Expertise: Camtasia, Vyond, Articulate, Synthesia, etc.
