Job Purpose: - To manage and optimize end-to-end outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatches, customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, transportation efficiency, cost control, and compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Commerce.




- MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience: - Automotive, Auto Components, Industrial Manufacturing, Engineering Products, Process Industries.

Experience: 12-15 Years

Required Skills & Competencies :-

- Solid knowledge of Outbound Logistics & Supply Chain Operations.
- Expertise in SAP (SD/MM/WM/EWM) and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Inventory Management and Transportation Planning.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Root Cause Analysis & CAPA.
- Team Management and Leadership
- Data Analysis and Reporting (Excel, Power BI preferred).
- Negotiation and Vendor Management.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making.
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
