Immediate Hiring | Sales Counsellor

Location: Greater Noida

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 6 days/week

Experience: 1–2 years

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month, depending on experience

Commission: Additional performance-based commission

We are looking for a Sales Counsellor to handle inbound leads, counsel prospective students, manage follow-ups and convert qualified leads into paid customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads and conduct counselling/sales calls.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend the appropriate program.
- Explain offerings, pricing, process and timelines clearly.
- Handle queries, objections and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain consistent and timely follow-up with leads.
- Convert qualified leads into paid admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM or excel sheets.
- Meet monthly sales,



conversion and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in sales, counselling, admissions or a related role.
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi — mandatory.
- Strong communication, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable speaking with prospective students over the phone.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads.
- Comfortable working with CRM and Excel .
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven setting.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week from our Greater Noida office .
