As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within manufacturing execution systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level software applications in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
