- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their skilled growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and resolving software issues.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining cloud-based applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Ability to analyze system logs and error messages to identify root causes of problems.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and incident management processes.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
