This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to maintain seamless integration between various systems and data models.

The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to align platform capabilities with organizational needs, fostering a cohesive and efficient data environment that supports business objectives.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.




- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the data platform to ensure consistency and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and qualified growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex data platform issues promptly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize platform performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and experience working with large-scale data systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing data integration solutions across diverse platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services and distributed computing frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex data workflows and optimize them for performance and reliability.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
